House rules & residence rules

Welcome to our holiday apartments! 🏡

We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy a relaxing stay with us. To ensure future guests also find pleasant accommodations and to avoid disturbing the neighborhood, we ask that you observe these rules:

1. Check-in & Check-out

Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m.

On the day of departure, we ask that you check out by 10:00 a.m.

Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition (dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, leave swept clean).

2. Cleanliness

We attach great importance to cleanliness so that all guests find a pleasant environment.

If the apartment is left exceptionally dirty, we will unfortunately have to charge an additional cleaning fee (starting at €100).

3. Calm & Consideration

Please be considerate of our neighbors.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Loud music or disruptive noise is not permitted. Failure to comply may result in a €500 fine.

4. Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

In case of smoking in the apartment, a special cleaning fee of €500 will be charged.

Smoking is of course permitted on the balcony/terrace – please use ashtrays.

5. Pets

We love animals 🐾, but unfortunately cannot allow pets in this accommodation.

6. Parties & Events

Our apartment is a place of relaxation, not an event location.

Therefore, parties, celebrations and loud gatherings are not permitted.

In case of non-compliance, we reserve the right to charge a fee of €500 and terminate your stay early.

7. Drugs & illegal substances

Please note that the consumption and possession of illegal substances is not permitted.

In case of violations, we will be forced to terminate your stay immediately and charge a fee of €500.

8. Kitchen & Garbage

Feel free to use the kitchen – please handle appliances and inventory carefully.

Please separate waste (residual waste, paper, glass, organic waste) and dispose of it in the designated containers.

9. Liability

The guest is liable for any damage that goes beyond normal use.

We assume no liability for personal items.
