How do check-in and check-out work?

Check-in is from 4:00 PM (earlier check-in is not possible).
Check-out is by 10:00 AM. A later check-out is possible upon request, subject to availability, and for an additional charge.
We use self-check-in (smart lock/key box); you will receive the access details in a timely manner via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
What's included in the price – and are there any additional costs?

Included: Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, bed linens and towels, and final cleaning (unless otherwise stated in the rate).
The base price is for 1-2 people; each additional person incurs an additional charge per night (depending on the season and rate; the specific surcharge will be stated upon booking).
Optional services (e.g., intermediate cleaning, baby cot, parking, late check-out) are available upon request and for an additional charge.
How do I pay and do I receive an invoice?

Payment is secure via Stripe. We use separate Stripe payment links for each accommodation so that owners are paid directly to their bank account.

You will receive the invoice automatically by email (with your billing address upon request).
What cancellation conditions apply – do I have a right of withdrawal?

The cancellation policy stated in the rate applies. Please note: There is no statutory right of withdrawal for accommodations with a fixed period (Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 9 of the German Civil Code). Details can be found in the cancellation policy and general terms and conditions.
How many people are allowed to stay – are children, pets, and smoking allowed?

For maximum occupancy, see the listing. Base price for 1-2 people; additional guests are subject to an additional charge (see above).
We are pet-friendly, but we take allergy sufferers into account: pets are only allowed on request, only in approved apartments, for an additional charge and possibly an additional cleaning fee/deposit. Some units are strictly pet-free. Smoking is prohibited (refer to the house rules).
