Maria Lange is the perfect example of how analytical strength and creative sensitivity can combine to create a unique skill set. In her role as Revenue Operations Manager, she holds a key position with us: Not only is she responsible for pricing strategy and revenue optimization, but she also designs and plans the furnishings of all our apartments with meticulous attention to detail.

With a deep understanding of the market, Maria develops dynamic pricing models that respond flexibly to demand, seasonality, and local conditions. Her goal is always to achieve a healthy balance between occupancy and revenue – data-driven, efficient, and forward-looking.

But Maria's work doesn't end with numbers and strategies. She designs our apartments from the initial concept to the final decoration. Using a professional visualization program, she digitally plans each property – from the floor plan and furnishings to colors, lighting, and accessories. This creates a clear, well-thought-out interior design concept that combines functionality and comfort. Her designs not only ensure a coherent overall look, but also ensure that guests immediately feel at home in our apartments.
